Audio–Video Laboratories are a modern concept in schools. In these laboratories, computers are used to store and retrieve multimedia- enriched content, e-books, animations, videos, language lab, Science lab, Math lab, and so on,. facilitating self-–paced study for students and reference for teachers. These laboratories have brought about a transformation in the teaching-learning process by empowering teachers on the one hand and encouraging students to acquire knowledge and gain clarity of concepts on the other. The use of ICT helps students to learn the use of computers as a tool to enhance their existing knowledge base. The aim of implementing ICT Labs in schools is to equip each student and teacher with technology-based educational skills to make teaching and learning more interactive and interesting.
