Skills and knowledge are the chief forces that drive the economic growth and social development of any country. The Indian skills ecosystem is maturing and there is a rapidly emerging demand for skilled manpower across various industries.

MBD Skills Division is formed to provide skill development training in the field of IT, ITES and Hospitality industries, with the aim of bridging the gap between the supply and demand of skilled manpower. As many as 35,000 pupils have been trained under the Capacity Building Program initiated by the company and we aim to train 1 million people by the end of year 2022.
